Step into a high-impact leadership role within Aprio’s Assurance Professional Practice Group (PPG), where you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of audit excellence. As Director, you’ll lead the development of a global center of excellence, driving consistency, quality, and innovation across our assurance operations.
This is more than a technical role — it’s a strategic opportunity to influence how Aprio delivers world-class assurance services across borders and future firm mergers.
Position Responsibilities:
- Champion audit quality and elevate our standards across global teams.
- Design and implement a harmonized assurance methodology — including a comprehensive Assurance Playbook for new hires and merger integrations.
- Lead the development of training programs and workpaper templates that drive consistency and clarity.
- Build and mentor a Quality Control team in the Philippines.
- Play a key role in due diligence and integration of future firm mergers.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting or equivalent, with a strong focus on audit and assurance.
- CPA license and deep knowledge of GAAS and Accounting & Review Services.
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
- Sharp analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and the drive to lead change.
$125,000 - $320,000 a year
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
