Your Role:
Oversee the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes for the Intradiem Platform.
Manage the operation of cloud services infrastructure and ensure robust information security management.
Collaborate with Engineering department leaders to drive DevOps culture, roles, tools, and processes across development to production environments.
Foster a service delivery culture within the DevSecOps team, promoting best-in-class service engineering capabilities.
Ensure standardized change management and release management processes, automating deployment and maintenance procedures using industry-standard scripting languages.
Maintain consistent configuration management standards.
Oversee maintenance and administration programs across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.
Resolve customer escalations, enabling the team to focus on core DevSecOps activities.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the DevSecOps team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge, skills, and plans for success.
Execute meticulous planning, attention to detail, effective delegation, and efficient decision-making to achieve team goals.
Support the internal IT organization in meeting the needs of the company and its employees.
Conduct all business in accordance withIntradiem policies and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical disciplines.
Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’sdegree; or 4 years with a Master’sdegree; or equivalent experience.
2+ years as team lead of DevOps engineers and System Administrators.
Proven knowledge and experience with implementing security standards and processes in accordance with ISO27001.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
