We were founded in 1999 as a software development company specializing in secure digital transformation and AI solutions for government agencies and defense organizations. Our services include AI/ML, Application Modernization, Enterprise IT, Digital Experience, and Human-Centered Design. We create solutions that enhance national security, strengthen defense capabilities, and drive progress for service members, military families, and civil servants.

We operate across three business units: National Security, Defense, and Federal Civilian. Our customers include the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, CDAO, GSA, USDA, Census, and American Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association (AAFMAA).

We offer ready-to-use AI solutions, generative AI, and open-source design systems. Our job site uses an AI assistant named Mira to help guide job seekers to relevant roles. We have two headquarters in Reston, VA and Bloomington, IN, with an additional office in Washington D.C. We support over 40 programs with more than 500 employees, and we invest over $2 million annually into Research and Development. Approximately 27% of our employees are veterans.
