Summary

Join Digital Disruptions, a boutique US-based strategy and design innovation consulting firm, as a part-time Manager in marketing communications. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in product development, management, or strategy, preferably in fintech or DFS. You will work on exciting projects, develop content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience working in product development, product management, or strategy preferably in a corporate innovation team, a start-up, or consultancy / agency
  • Experience working in the fintech or Digital Financial Services sector (ideally B2C); specific experience in payments, credit, remittances, or e-commerce preferable
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate insights, ideas and recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Experience in conducting secondary research, basic data analysis, competitive landscaping, financial models, and synthesizing information in concise PPT slides or Word documents
  • Experience in driving complex projects forward with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and external dependencies
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish
  • Work authorization in Colombia, and be based in Medellin or Bogota

Responsibilities

  • Design the firm's overall communications strategy to create awareness among prospective clients and drive leads
  • Develop and/or refine content (newsletters, social media posts, pitch decks) to increase dealflow and win rate
  • Improve performance marketing and decrease CPL for a regional credit start-up in Latin America
  • Craft social media campaigns for a regional bank's money transfer marketing outreach to migrants
  • Diagnose low adoption and recommend a revamped GTM plan for a Central Bank's nascent digital currency pilot
