Job description

We are seeking an innovative Manager of Innovation and Product Strategy to lead the expansion and management of our products. We are looking for a leader who will drive improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency (cost, performance, security, and compliance), and foster sustained business growth.

You will be responsible for defining and executing a strategic vision using cutting-edge tools and strategies, including Generative AI, to help our clients achieve key business goals such as cloud migration, risk mitigation, and cost optimization. You’ll also oversee pricing strategies and drive adoption across our product lines.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology services, possesses sound business and product judgment, and excels at creating innovative solutions with industry-wide impact. They should thrive in fast-paced environments and large organizational structures. Key competencies include navigating a metrics-driven culture, influencing engineering and operations teams, and integrating broader industry and technology trends into our product roadmap.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or software development

- Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems using data-driven insights

- Demonstrated success in building and managing product teams and delivering high-quality products

- Experience with agile methodologies and product-led growth strategies

- Comprehensive product ownership experience, including revenue, product, and customer success

- Strong background in product management within high-growth environments

- Experience managing full product lifecycle, from concept to market launch

- Strong financial skills relating to P&L management and pricing strategies

- Experience in a startup environment (Is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy that incorporates customer feedback, market analysis, and business metrics through effective documentation.

- Spearhead the creation of our product roadmap, focusing on innovation, investment, and experimentation.

- Define customer objectives and business requirements, ensuring alignment with our product vision. Manage market positioning and launch strategies.

- Partner with sales, partner organizations, and business development teams to ensure successful and effective product launches.

- Collaborate closely with engineering to make trade-offs based on customer needs and ensure quality control.

- Effectively communicate vision and strategy to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and support.
