Summary
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for formulating and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, generating engaging content, organizing campaigns, and maintaining relationships with media publishers. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a marketing role, strong autonomy, knowledge of marketing software, excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and a degree in marketing or relevant field.
Requirements
- Previous or comparable experience in a marketing type role including marketing event management
- Demonstrates strong autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, stay focused on tasks, and maintain excellent communication with team members and stakeholders
- Thorough knowledge of principles of strategic planning and best practices of marketing
- Proficient with marketing software (e.g., Hubspot CRM, Wix, Canva)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong time-management capabilities
- Innate sense of commercial awareness, coupled with a creative mind
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
Responsibilities
- Formulate, develop, and deliver perceptive and efficient marketing strategies
- Evaluate industry trends, brand awareness, and competitive ventures through rigorous and documented market research
- Generate engaging content for a diverse range of marketing channels including social, blogs, newsletters, case studies, press releases, and the website to create lead generation opportunities
- Organize and oversee campaigns, webinars, exhibitions, and promotions across a variety of platforms
- Act as point of contact with conference and tradeshow coordinators to manage logistics and execute on our participation as exhibitors and participants
- Maintain relationships and collaborate with media publishers and vendors during promotional activities
- Monitor and analyze campaign progress and performance using a variety of metrics and report on performance
