B2B SaaS Marketing Manager

Nalpeiron Inc. is seeking a strategic, data-driven B2B SaaS Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale our marketing function, drive measurable growth, and make a direct impact on our market presence.
This as a key role in a small company where you will be hands on and in control of driving growth marketing with with the CMO and other team members in a fun collaborative environment.

About the Role
As our B2B SaaS Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and brand awareness. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a consistent, compelling brand message across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and products, informed by market research, competitive analysis, and business goals.
- Including pricing, positioning, and packaging of offerings
- Growth strategies
Campaign Management: Lead demand generation and lifecycle marketing campaigns across digital channels (SEO, PPC, email, social, content, webinars, and partnerships) to drive qualified leads and customer engagement.
- Working with our agencies and team members to maximize inbound lead generation
Content Leadership: Oversee the creation of high-quality, value-driven content that communicates our proposition and resonates with technical and business audiences.
Analytics & Optimization: Set KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and leverage analytics tools to optimize marketing initiatives, lower customer acquisition costs, and maximize ROI.
Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, support lead conversion, and enhance the customer journey.
Brand Positioning: Develop compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our solutions in the competitive SaaS landscape.
Market Insight: Conduct ongoing market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Resource Coordination: Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies from the ground up.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid acquisition, content marketing, and email automation.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, AI tools, etc).
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, product-led growth, and subscription-based models is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft messaging for technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams or external partners.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Someone who loves making content, especially video and podcasts.
