This position is dedicated to defining, evolving, and evangelizing the high-level value proposition and market differentiation of our flagship offering - while also supporting select feature launches as needed.

- Shape the Narrative: Develop and maintain the strategic product narrative that communicates Guild’s unique value and competitive differentiation to employers, employees, partners, and the broader market
- Strategic Storytelling: Translate customer pain points and market differentiation into high-impact, narrative-driven assets (e.g., market-facing decks, core product messaging guides, executive talking points) that enable internal and external stakeholders to communicate Guild Grow’s core value proposition
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Employer Partnerships, Sales, Executives, and Enablement teams to ensure alignment around core product positioning and consistent delivery of the strategic narrative.
- Product Influence: Influence the product roadmap by gathering and synthesizing customer and market insights to ensure our positioning and narrative align with evolving customer needs and competitive dynamics
Required Proficiencies

- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, especially HR or L&D buyers
- Demonstrated expertise in competitive analysis, market research, and leveraging insights to shape high-level product strategy
- Expertise in positioning and messaging for a product suite, including effectively nesting multiple products or capabilities under a hero product
- Experience driving alignment and building consensus across executive and cross-functional teams, especially in highly complex organizations with complicated products
- Confidence working directly with executive leadership (Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Executive Officer) to build and refine effective positioning
- Ability to translate details & data to the 30,000-foot view, connecting market trends and customer needs to long-term positioning
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and measure success
