At Pavago, we are seeking a Marketing Manager for a Luxury Aviation Company, where you will redefine how the world flies. As the “Uber for Private Jets,” their mission is to bring luxury aviation into the on-demand, digital era — fast, simple, and elite. With a $250K+ annual advertising budget, an aggressive growth roadmap, and a high-value clientele, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to own and scale their digital marketing engine.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Growth Strategy & Full-Funnel Execution
- Architect and implement a unified growth strategy across paid, organic, social, and automated channels.
- Own the digital customer journey — from awareness and acquisition to retention and loyalty.
Performance Marketing (Paid)
- Manage and continuously optimize a $250K+ annual Google Ads budget (Search, Display, Video).
- Lead Meta Ads campaigns (Instagram/Facebook), targeting high-net-worth individuals and global luxury markets.
- Build and test ad creatives, funnels, and landing pages to improve conversion and reduce CAC.
Organic Growth & SEO
- Spearhead our SEO strategy — from technical site audits and keyword research to backlink building and optimized content.
- Collaborate with content creators and web designers to increase visibility and rank for competitive luxury aviation keywords.
AI-Driven Marketing & Automation
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Midjourney) to scale content creation, performance analysis, and A/B testing.
- Continuously experiment with AI-based ad copy, audience segmentation, and creative generation.
- Automate campaigns and lead nurturing using HubSpot workflows and AI-enhanced sequences.
Social Media Strategy
- Oversee brand presence and growth across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and schedule thumb-stopping content tailored to each platform’s algorithm and luxury audience.
- Identify influencer partnerships, PR hooks, and UGC opportunities to build brand buzz.
Marketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot)
- Manage the full HubSpot ecosystem: lead scoring, list segmentation, funnel automation, and campaign tracking.
- Execute lifecycle marketing — from welcome flows to re-engagement and VIP loyalty campaigns.
Analytics, Attribution & Insights
- Monitor performance across all digital platforms using GA4, HubSpot dashboards, and custom reporting tools.
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership to improve ROAS, optimize CAC: LTV ratios, and drive channel efficiency.
Brand & Content Ownership
- Shape and maintain a consistent luxury tone and design language across all platforms.
- Create high-converting messaging that resonates with ultra-affluent travelers.
- Stay on top of luxury marketing trends, competitor moves, and evolving audience behavior.
Who You Are
- 3 + years of digital marketing experience across paid media, organic, social, and email.
- Proven success managing large-scale Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets.
- Deep familiarity with HubSpot CRM, workflows, reporting, and automation.
- Strong experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools used in performance marketing, content, and automation.
- Social media savvy — capable of crafting strategies tailored to premium consumer behavior.
- Analytical and creative — you thrive at the intersection of data, design, and storytelling.
- Experience in luxury, travel, tech, or aviation is a big advantage.
