We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team in Brazil and help us scale our marketing efforts in the fast-paced world of payments. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role where you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day marketing operations
You’ll be responsible for coordinating PR efforts, supporting the execution of marketing events and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on brand. You’ll work side by side with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency across initiatives and support the operational rollout of our go-to-market strategy.
This role is perfect for someone who loves getting things done, thrives on structure and detail, and enjoys being the one who makes things happen behind the scenes.
🟣 How Yuno will challenge you
Operational Excellence in Marketing Execution
• Be the go-to person for organizing and executing marketing events, webinars, and industry conferences—from logistics and vendor coordination to on-the-ground execution.
• Manage the calendar of marketing activities and ensure alignment across teams, campaigns, and external partners.
• Own the execution of integrated marketing plans, ensuring campaigns go out on time, are consistent with the brand, and meet performance targets.
Media and Public Relations Execution
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and local PR agencies.
• Execute PR initiatives in coordination with global and regional teams, including press release distribution and media outreach.
• Track and report PR coverage and support strategic storytelling efforts in the Brazilian market.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with product, sales, and tech teams to support product launches and ensure that messaging is unified across touch points.
• Help translate strategic objectives into executable plans across marketing channels.
🟣 The skills you need
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a tech, fintech, or digital-first environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, from branding to digital assets.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and/or Canva.
• Understanding of digital marketing formats (email, social media, ads) and how to adapt designs for different channels.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with short turnaround times.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback quickly and constructively.
• Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English.
