We use MySigrid, our proprietary Collaboration & Task Management Platform, to solve tasks efficiently and collectively - improving quality, reducing human error, and increasing speed.
SEO Content & Publishing Specialist (25hrs/week / 5hrs/daily)
Primary Role: Execute blog & social media content strategy
Title: SEO Content Marketing Specialist
Core Skills Needed:
- SEO writing (understands keyword intent, structure, internal linking)
- On-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headers, schema
- Familiar with tools like Ahref, SurferSEO, Frase, or Clearscope
- Familiar with social media management tools like Buffer, Hubspot, Agorapulse
- Content publishing (with plugins like Yoast/RankMath)
- Repurposes content for LinkedIn, Facebook, IG carousels or Reels
- Canva, Adobe or Figma skills for simple visuals
Key Responsibilities:
Create, optimize, and publish 2–3 SEO blog posts per week
Manage content calendar + publishing process
Write copy for social posts and schedule content
Repurpose blogs into short-form social pieces
Ensure posts are SEO-optimized and tracked in GA
Proven Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in content writing with a strong focus on SEO.
SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of on-page SEO (keyword research, meta descriptions, headers, schema markup) and how to apply them to content.
Familiarity with SEO Tools: Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Frase, or Clearscope for keyword research and optimization.
Content Management & Publishing: Familiar with WordPress and SEO plugins such as Yoast or RankMath for content publishing.
Social Media Savvy: Comfortable using social media management tools like Buffer, HubSpot, or Agorapulse to schedule and manage posts.
Content Repurposing: Ability to repurpose blog content into engaging social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram carousels, and Reels).
Visual Content Skills: Basic proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or Figma to create simple graphics for social media posts and blog headers.
Analytical Mindset: Able to track content performance using Google Analytics (GA) and make improvements based on data.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a content calendar and work independently to meet deadlines.
Communication: Strong writing skills and attention to detail to create clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
Proactive: Self-motivated, able to take initiative, and contribute ideas for improving content strategy.
