Location: Remote

Work Shift: PST

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Meta & Google Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale ad campaigns for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of paid advertising strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization to drive maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meta Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns for Facebook & Instagram to maximize ROI and conversions.
  • Google Ads & YouTube Ads: Manage and optimize Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube Ads to complement Meta strategies.
  • Ad Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), diagnose issues, and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Scaling & Budget Management: Strategically allocate and scale ad budgets to achieve maximum returns.
  • Shopify Optimization: Identify and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements for better store performance.
  • Creative Strategy & Ad Copywriting: Collaborate on ad creatives and provide feedback on what works best for each campaign.
  • Reporting & Insights: Regularly update stakeholders on campaign performance, key learnings, and future recommendations.
  • Proactive Troubleshooting: Address performance dips and suggest innovative solutions without needing constant supervision.
  • Shopify Listings Management: Oversee and optimize product listings for USA and Canada markets, ensuring SEO-friendly content.
  • Product Catalog Organization: Maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images across platforms.
  • Email Marketing Assistance: Support campaign creation and performance tracking using tools like Klaviyo.
  • Simple Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics for ads, listings, and promotional materials using tools like Canva.
  • Branding Consistency: Ensure a cohesive brand presence across e-commerce platforms and marketing channels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 4+ years managing Meta Ads, with a strong preference for e-commerce experience.
  • Strong Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to interpret data, troubleshoot campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-Starter with Initiative: Proactively suggests improvements, finds solutions, and executes with minimal guidance.
  • Expertise in Ad Scaling: Proven ability to scale ad spend efficiently while maintaining high ROI.
  • Shopify & E-Commerce Knowledge: Experience with CRO, upsells, and A/B testing to improve store conversion rates.
  • Shopify Listing Optimization: Knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies for improving searchability and conversions.
  • Basic Graphic Design Skills (Preferred): Ability to tweak ad creatives when needed to enhance performance.
  • Familiarity with Email Marketing Tools: Experience using Klaviyo
  • Strong Organizational & Multitasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects effectively.
  • Clear Communicator: Strong reporting and presentation skills to convey campaign insights effectively.
