About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Growth, the Senior Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling Felix’s digital acquisition efforts through performance-driven creative, on-platform media buying and landing page optimization.

This is a high-impact role focused on customer acquisition, creative development, and optimizing our growth levers across paid and organic channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, deep experience in performance marketing, and a keen eye for creative strategy. They are highly data-driven and comfortable working cross-functionally with creative teams, product teams, and external partners to maximize efficiency and drive customer growth.

You Will:

  • Own the strategy and execution of high-impact digital creative assets across Meta, YouTube, Google, and other acquisition channels.

  • Work closely with the Creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives, messaging, and formats that convert.

  • Own performance marketing strategy across channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Manage budget allocation and CAC targets.

  • Analyze user acquisition and retention cohorts to surface insights and inform growth roadmaps.

  • Design and run experiments to improve conversion rates across our landing pages and web funnels, leveraging tools like HotJar, GA4 and WebFlow Optimize.

  • Partner with lifecycle marketing and product teams to optimize onboarding, retention, and LTV through email, SMS, and in-product interventions.

  • Collaborate with analytics and finance to forecast performance, track KPIs, and report on marketing ROI.

  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and identify new channels, tools, or tactics that give us a competitive edge.

You Are:

  • A data-driven marketer with a strong ability to analyze and optimize performance campaigns.

  • A creative strategist who understands how to develop compelling ads that drive conversions, unearthing new insights and hypothesis form both our consumers and external industry trends

  • A CRO expert who knows how to improve landing page performance and user experience.

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

  • A growth-focused leader who proactively identifies opportunities and executes with excellence.

You Have:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.

  • Deep experience in digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) and a track record of managing high-performance campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience with CRO tools and A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion rates.

  • Experience in affiliate marketing or partner-driven acquisition programs.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working in Excel, LightDash, Segment and similar BI tools.

  • Experience working in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand or startup environment is preferred.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or highly regulated industries.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL or data visualization tools.
