Summary
Join our growing and evolving company as a National Sales Director to co-build the contract freight side of the business. You will be responsible for building relationships with shippers, developing sales strategies, and leveraging technology to support sustainable growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a freight sales role, 2+ in leadership roles
- Experience designing and building out sales processes, ideally in a fast-evolving context at a large carrier trucking company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience building out or managing a high-growth, fast-evolving sales team
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Continue to develop our Sales strategy and targets, in alignment with aifleet leadership and business need; adapt the strategy as appropriate, based on evolving business need
- Build and leverage relationships with shippers to run the end to end contract sales process
- Co-build / iterate on our sales processes and implement tech systems to support sustainable and scalable growth
- Ensure our operations and tech teams are set up for success as we introduce and grow our contract business
- Continue to build our brand as a best in class fleet across the industry
