Working with BPM means using your experiences, broadening your skills, and reaching your full potential in work and life—while also making a positive difference for your clients, colleagues, and communities.  Our shared entrepreneurial spirit drives us to see and do things differently.  Our passion for people makes BPM a place where everyone feels welcome, valued, and part of something bigger. Because People Matter.

Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Delivery Manager to drive execution excellence across our NetSuite consulting engagements within BPM’s Technology Solutions Group. This is a high-impact role for someone with deep NetSuite functional knowledge, strong delivery instincts, and a desire to lead complex projects, mentor team members, and shape delivery standards.

The Delivery Manager will own end-to-end engagement success – overseeing scope, team execution, client communication and satisfaction, and quality assurance. This role will also provide solution architecture and design, support internal delivery team operations, and collaborate across service lines to ensure consistent client outcomes. This is an ideal next step for a project lead or solution architect ready to help scale a growing, high-performing practice.

What you get:

Total rewards package: from flexible work arrangements to personalized benefit structures and financial compensation options that give you choice and flexibility.

Well-being resources: interactive wellness platform and incentives, an employee assistance program and mental health resources, and Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) that provide safe spaces for colleagues to share, be heard, feel valued and deepen connections.

Balance & flexibility: 14 Firm Holidays including 2 floating, Flex PTO, paid family leave, winter break, summer hours, and remote work options, so you can balance challenging yourself with taking care of yourself.

Professional development opportunities: A learning culture with CPA exam resources and bonuses, tuition reimbursement, a coach program, and live classes, workshops, and seminars through BPM University.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of NetSuite implementation, optimization, and support projects

  • Review and validate project scopes, estimates, and delivery plans for feasibility and margin protection

  • Act as point of escalation for delivery issues, project risks, and solution design and validation

  • Oversee project staffing and actively support resource forecasting to ensure alignment between staffing plans and delivery needs

  • Client Engagement & Relationship

  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their immediate and long-term strategic needs

  • Translate client needs into actionable delivery plans, with a focus on strategic outcomes that solve client requirements

  • Drive client satisfaction through consistent communication with delivery team and client, proactive management, and an exceptional delivery experience

  • Support ongoing client relationships by identifying opportunities for optimization and growth through strategic conversations after project delivery

  • Solution Architecture & Functional Oversight

  • Gain a deep understanding of client needs and requirements, identify and advise on high-value solutions that meet or exceed client expectations

  • Maintain awareness of short-term and long-term client needs, adapting solutions and recommendations to get client buy-in, where needed

  • Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Assign ownership to team members, coaching on delivery and consulting best practices, to support their ongoing growth and development

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, accountable team culture with a client-first mindset

  • Help onboard new team members and set expectations around communication, execution, and quality

  • Support career development by encouraging stretch assignments and identifying team gaps

  • Delivery Performance & Risk Management

  • Drive ownership of delivery KPIs, including project profitability, utilization, project health, and client satisfaction scores

  • Proactively identify delivery risks, scope changes, or potential client concerns and drive strategies to solve these challenges in real time

  • Partner with Engagement Managers to ensure all projects are actively monitored and reported to Practice Director

  • Establish and maintain consistent project delivery processes and quality standards to continue to improve client experience

  • Practice Support & Operations

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, tools, and quality standards for the practice
