About DIVA
We were founded in 2003 to make reusable period care products. We’re known for our Original DivaCup® and offer a range of items, including the DIVA™ Reusable Menstrual Disc, daily vulva skincare products, highly absorbent period underwear, and cleaning products for reusable menstrual items. We also sell period accessories.
Mission & Values
Our approach to period care, which we call “conscious cycle care,” focuses on thoughtful and holistic support for all bodies. We are a purpose-driven B Corp, committed to transparency and accountability. As a women-founded and led company, we aim to end period poverty. Our impact program works to increase access to safe and affordable menstrual products, promote menstrual, reproductive, and sexual health, foster gender equity, and protect the environment. We donate 2% of our revenue to organizations supporting menstrual equity.
Team & Culture
We are a women-founded and led company with 11 to 50 employees. Our culture prioritizes employee well-being, especially regarding menstrual and menopausal health. We have Menstrual Leave and Menopause Leave Policies, along with a Workplace Menstrual & Menopause Toolkit. Our employee events include discussions on health topics and training on diversity and inclusion. Some roles, like Logistics Specialist, offer remote work with occasional travel.
We follow strict quality standards and ISO requirements in our supply chain and logistics.
We engage with the community through an affiliate program for consumers, medical professionals, and influencers, offering commissions and product gifts. We also have a Medical Affiliate Program for healthcare professionals whose clients ask about our products.
Our Impact program includes initiatives like the ‘Tampon Tax Back’ program, which reimburses consumers for sales tax on period products in states where they are taxed as luxury goods. We also partner with Bullfrog Power to support green electricity and natural gas. Since 2018, we have donated over 75,000 DIVA Cups, preventing an estimated 90 million single-use period products from landfills. In 2024, we supported over 60 community organizations with donations of DIVA Cups and DIVA Wash, as well as educational materials. We also held several employee events in 2024, including a film screening, 2SLGBTQ+ training, a Truth and Reconciliation Workshop, and a Peri/menopause Care in the Workplace Workshop, to support our people and culture.
