Job description
We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background configuring and supporting NetSuite ERP, with hands-on experience across finance, inventory, and/or operations modules. This is a remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in LATAM.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP (minimum 3 years).
- Experience with NetSuite customization: saved searches, reports, workflows, forms.
- Familiarity with finance, inventory, purchasing, or order management processes.
- Experience gathering requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot and support NetSuite users.
- Experience creating and maintaining documentation.
- Advanced English.
Main activities
- Configure and optimize NetSuite modules to align with business needs.
- Create and manage custom searches, dashboards, forms, and workflows.
- Support internal teams by troubleshooting issues and training users.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to gather requirements.
- Maintain system documentation and contribute to best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and planning sessions.
- Coordinate with external consultants or vendors as needed.
Education
- Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
