We are a B2B SaaS company, founded in 2019, that develops software for the car wash industry. We help car washes transition to and manage subscription models.
Our main product is The Car Wash CRM, which integrates with existing Point of Sale systems. It allows car washes to sell plans online, automate customer communications, and manage subscription revenue.
In May 2024, we acquired Ignite Wash, adding Salespath, The Car Wash Salesperson Platform, to our product line.
We also offer Support Agent, an AI-powered phone support solution for car washes. It answers calls, processes requests like cancellations and plan changes, handles FAQs, and supports over 16 languages. Support Agent connects to POS systems and works with The Car Wash CRM, so you can access call recordings and details directly from the CRM.
Our software is used by over 3,000 car washes nationally, managing over 8 million car wash memberships. We are funded by investors including VMG Partners, Founders Fund, Bedrock, Mischief, and Y Combinator.
