Become part of an established executive recruitment firm as a remote consultant working part-time. You’ll engage with vetted, interested companies seeking support for their hiring needs. The ideal candidate is a confident, well-spoken consultant capable of engaging clients in substantive, executive-level conversations regarding their organizational and talent acquisition needs. You should excel at posing thoughtful questions, demonstrating exceptional listening skills, and offering valuable preliminary insights. Roles and Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Guide prospective clients through a defined qualification process to ensure compatibility
- Host 1-3 scheduled video consultations daily with businesses interested in talent acquisition services
- Show engaged listening and maintain consummate professionalism throughout all interactions
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our recruitment solutions, emphasizing business outcomes and return on investment
Documentation & Operational Excellence
- Document conversation details, status updates, and follow-up items in CRM and team communication platforms immediately after interactions
- Monitor individual pipeline metrics and suggest process enhancements to improve conversion efficiency
Client Transition & Support
- Document essential requirements and observations, then smoothly transfer qualified prospects to the recruitment team
- Ensure timely responses for new leads and recently onboarded clients, addressing questions until transition is complete
- Work with administrative staff to ensure next steps, timelines, and expectations are properly recorded
Recruitment Knowledge – Minimum 2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruiting or consultative B2B sales, demonstrating success in closing service agreements.
Self-Motivated Performance – Independently manages schedule while consistently achieving agreed-upon performance indicators from a well-equipped home office.
Technical Proficiency – Adept with CRM systems, collaborative platforms like Slack/Microsoft Teams, and standard office applications for documentation and pipeline management.
Critical Thinking – Quickly evaluates information and client feedback to recommend practical improvements.
Communication Excellence – Strong verbal and written communication that simplifies complex recruiting solutions into client-accessible language.
Consultative Approach – Utilizes strategic questioning to identify needs; effectively summarizes key information to verify understanding.
