We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Lead to oversee the day to day operations of the captain fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3PL Industry with proven leadership skills and the ability to coordinate teams in a high-paced environment. This role requires hands-on involvement in managing a fleet of captains, team performance, and operational issues while ensuring optimal operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Captain Relations and Operations Support

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
  • Manage the full captain recruitment process, from sourcing and onboarding to go-live.
  • Spearhead the implementation of and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the fleet.
  • Lead and support teams to achieve consistent operational excellence.
  • Partner with performance and operations teams to achieve key operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Deliver regular weekly updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant experience .
  • 2–5 years of experience in fast paced operations.
  • Strong project management skills with track record of managing large scale operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
  • Proficient in data analysis; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English (spoken and written) – Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
