OJ Digital Solutions is a fully remote agency, with the founder based in Lebanon.
We’re on the hunt for a proactive, detail-driven Operations Manager—someone who can own projects from start to finish like it’s their name on the door.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle client communications (inquiries, quotes, updates, post-delivery support)
- Relay client requirements to our creative team and ensure flawless execution
- Manage and track orders, deadlines, and revisions
- Deliver final work to clients and handle feedback
- Spot bottlenecks, improve systems, and keep us running smoother than ever
- Treat the business like it’s yours—because the better we do, the better you earn
Bonus: Design background
You don’t need to be a world-class designer—but you do need to speak the language. Understanding design workflows is key to leading projects.

Requirements:
- 2+ years managing client projects (ideally in design, marketing, or creative services)
- Excellent English – written and spoken (you’ll be client-facing)
- Strong communication & leadership skills – you know how to keep people in check without drama
- Design literacy – you don’t have to design, but you should know good from bad, and how the process works
- Ultra-organized – you can juggle 15 things without dropping the ball
- Solution-oriented mindset – if there’s a fire, you put it out, not panic
- Accountability – you treat this business like it’s yours
- Bonus: experience with tools like Notion, Discord, Fiverr, Upwork, Canva, Adobe, etc.
Hiring process:
1- Fill out the application
2- If selected, there will be a one-way interview, in which you can just introduce yourself and your experience
4- If you pass that, there will be a final interview with our CEO
5- Finally, you’ll receive the offer and we’ll do the onboarding
- Full-time remote position
- Base salary + commission
