Mission & Values
Our mission is to enable and inspire arts and cultural organizations of all sizes to achieve their goals. We do this by providing continually innovated technology and comprehensive services that improve efficiency and effectiveness, and by fostering learning, knowledge sharing, and community collaboration among peers and organizations.
We are committed to Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion (DEAI). We recognize that a diverse team fuels collaboration, innovation, and creativity. We aim to create an environment where everyone feels safe and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work, with the goal of providing an accessible and inclusive workplace where our community can thrive.
Team & Culture
Our team size ranges from 201 to 500 employees. We are a fully remote company, with roles supporting various global regions including North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Our work environment prioritizes collaboration within our global teams. We also build a strong community among our users through groups, forums, events, and an annual Learning and Community Conference. We support professional development and work-life balance through our comprehensive benefits and remote-friendly structures.
