We are a nonprofit technology company established in 2002. We provide a unified CRM platform and related services to arts and cultural organizations globally, supporting over 800 organizations across ten countries.

Our platform integrates ticketing, admissions, fundraising, memberships, marketing, business insights, education, online, and mobile functionalities within a single database. We offer comprehensive services, including unlimited professional support, consulting, training, and implementation. The platform receives annual updates and new releases at no additional charge to our members. Since 2001, we’ve maintained a 100% implementation success rate and a 95% client retention rate.

Our mission is to enable and inspire arts and cultural organizations of all sizes to achieve their goals. We do this by providing continually innovated technology and comprehensive services that improve efficiency and effectiveness, and by fostering learning, knowledge sharing, and community collaboration among peers and organizations.

Our team size ranges from 201 to 500 employees. We are a fully remote company, with roles supporting various global regions including North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

We offer a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match. Paid time off includes generous vacation and sick leave, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, and a ‘recharge week’ between Christmas and New Year’s. After seven years of service, employees are eligible for a 7-week sabbatical. We operate with fully remote work arrangements, with adjustments made as required by local laws.
