About Thyme Care
We started in 2020 as a healthcare company that works with health plans, employers, and risk-bearing providers to improve cancer care. We focus on oncology, cancer, care navigation, palliative care, and digital health. Our main service is giving personalized cancer care navigation and clinical support to people with cancer.
We combine a technology-enabled Care Team with over 800 oncologists who are part of Thyme Care Oncology Partners. Our model helps guide and support patients. We use purpose-built technology, advanced data analytics, and virtual patient engagement to assist oncologists. Our services include proactive symptom management, connecting members to resources like rides and bill assistance, and offering 24⁄7 virtual support.
We strive to make care more accessible, improve the patient experience, and achieve better outcomes while lowering overall costs. Our members report a 9⁄10 satisfaction rate, and we have reduced unnecessary acute care services by 15-20%. Eight million members can access our services. We are a founding member of CancerX and work with organizations such as OSH, Humana, Clover Health, AmeriHealth, Aetna, and Centerwell.
