We are looking for an Amazon Operations Senior Analyst to be the operational and analytical go-to for Amazon FBA replenishment. You’ll own the Transfer Order (TO) process from end to end, tracking performance, solving discrepancies, managing aged inventory, and unlocking automation opportunities. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—Demand Planning, Marketplaces, 3PLs, and Global Logistics—to ensure stock health, optimal replenishment cadence, and launch readiness across all Amazon GEOs (US, CA, UK, AU).

Expected outcomes & responsibilities
End-to-End FBA Replenishment: Take full ownership of Transfer Orders (TOs) to guarantee on-time and precise shipments to FBA.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze operational data, spot trends, and automate reporting for continuous process enhancements.
Inventory & Performance Management: Monitor inbound performance, address discrepancies, manage aged inventory, and maintain optimal stock health.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Demand Planning, Marketplaces, 3PLs, and Global Logistics to ensure seamless inventory flow and support global launches.
Experience/ Qualifications
2-3 years of Fulfillment and Operations experience.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes and shipping/logistics.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, databases).
Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and ERP systems.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Demonstrated expertise in operational and data analytics.
Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or Asana is a plus.
Exposure to project management is a plus.
