If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila.

You will be responsible for connecting the dots between data, systems, and execution across various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Product, and Finance. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to spot opportunities, boost performance, and turn insights into real impact. The ideal candidate is confident working with data and can turn complex numbers into clear, practical insights. You’re organised, proactive, and a great communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and helping others grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Spot opportunities to grow revenue or improve efficiency by digging into trends across revenue, churn, and costs — and turn those insights into clear strategies.
  • Work closely with Sales leaders and regional teams to fine-tune processes, tools, and workflows that support our go-to-market goals.
  • Support and mentor others on the RevOps analyst team — helping coordinators build their skills, sharing knowledge, and encouraging a high-performance team culture.
  • Create and present business models that show the potential impact of new ideas, help forecast outcomes, and guide leadership decisions.
  • Manage regular reporting for your region, build dashboards, and share insights that spark the right conversations and keep teams accountable.
  • Collaborate with Finance and senior leaders on forecasting, headcount planning, and making sure budgets are on track.
  • Take ownership of regional RevOps projects — from tool updates and campaign feedback to making processes better and more efficient.

What you need to bring:

We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Extensive experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, ideally in a SaaS or subscription-based business
  • Proven experience working on go-to-market initiatives that helped grow revenue and improve how teams work
  • Advanced Excel skills — you know your way around pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and automation
  • Confident using Salesforce and BI tools like Looker or Power BI, with experience building reliable reporting systems
  • A strong understanding of key business metrics like MRR/ARR, CAC, CLV, churn, and the sales funnel
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and using data to guide where time and resources should go
  • Proven ability to lead cross-team projects, manage different priorities, and bring senior stakeholders on the same page
