Requirements
Your Mission
Serve as the main PMO point of contact for the Marketing team, supporting divisions, tribes, and squads.
Champion our Operational Framework and PMO best practices to drive team performance and deliver business outcomes.
Oversee multiple cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution, including new business initiatives in beauty, community, and more.
Optimize project workflows using tools like Asana, Confluence, and Slack to increase velocity and visibility.
Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements to help teams deliver faster and smarter.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives.
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, tech, ops).
Support tribe/squad setup and governance aligned to PMO methodology.
Facilitate regular project reviews and planning sessions.
Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and rituals (OKRs, KPIs).
Monitor and report on project and team performance.
Drive effective, actionable communication and high-quality deliverables.
Expected Outcomes (Year 1)
Conduct an initial assessment and present project and communication workflow improvements.
Roll out metrics to track project velocity, efficiency, and resource allocation.
Ensure the team is aligned with company planning cycles and rituals.
Establish strong documentation and repository management in Asana.
Implement improved workflows that boost execution speed and cross-team alignment.
Who You Are
5+ years of project management experience in Marketing Projects & fast-paced digital environments.
Proven experience managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, OKRs, KPIs).
Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communicator and natural problem solver.
Able to navigate ambiguity and make smart decisions under pressure.
Experience working with remote and international teams is a plus.
Bonus Points
Experience in the beauty, wellness, or consumer digital space.
Familiarity with community-building initiatives or fast-scaling startups.
