Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Lead cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, business analysts, and external vendors
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, providing clear guidance and support to team members
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact
- Proactively address project challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational requirements
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to maintain high standards of performance and delivery
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenses are within approved limits
- Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants, managing contracts, deliverables, and performance
- Ensure vendors meet project requirements and deadlines
