Zipdev is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to our dynamic team! We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to implement, optimize, and analyze paid marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

About you:
You check your campaign’s performance metrics multiple times per day. You are non-stop looking for ways to tweak and refine ad campaigns to drive stronger results. You crank through SOPs and checklists, ensuring you have the latest practices implemented in your campaigns. You understand the quantitative data behind digital marketing platforms, their machine learning, and how the algorithms work to drive action. You are constantly looking for ways to get into new betas and recommend channel expansion to your clients. You believe optimizing your work is just as important as optimizing campaigns. You understand the logic behind a good promotion and a good landing page. You like working with eCom and DTC brands. You love fashion, lifestyle products, and consumer brands.
You aren’t afraid of hitting monthly goals and managing to KPIs. In fact, you’re thrilled to be judged on your performance, knowing numbers don’t lie! You enjoy the challenge of working with multiple clients and needing to be at the top of your game to prove you are the right specialist for their account.

What You’ll Do:
Execute paid digital marketing across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Video, Native, Rich Media, and Audio Ad formats.
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute and measure experiments.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
2+ years of digital marketing experience.
Previous agency experience.
Deep knowledge of marketing tactics on Google and paid social.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build Google Data Studio reports.
Great communication and presentation skills.
Professional English language proficiency (C1+).
Located within LATAM.

Interviews directly with the client (depending on the project the # of interviews may vary, this may include an assessment)
Final Offer
Work Remote: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Zipdev Day)
