Our global team is diverse, collaborative and exceptionally talented. We hire people for their differences but all unite with our shared belief in Builder’s mission to unlock human potential through the power of software.

About the role
We’re a Series-D, AI-powered software platform that lets any business build and run custom apps without writing code. Our Growth team manages multi-channel demand generation across the US, UK and 20+ other markets—fueling pipeline for SMBs through to global enterprises.
A surge in paid social scale tests and creative iterations has out-paced our in-house capacity. We need a senior hands-on specialist who can own paid social execution end-to-end (strategy - launch - optimisation - reporting) and drive a rigorous performance-creative testing programme that lowers CAC.
You’ll be responsible for
Strategy & Planning
• Translate ICP/segment briefs into UK & US paid-social plans (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit)
• Build media mix & budget pacing models for six-figure monthly spend
Campaign Execution
• Set up, QA and launch ads, audiences, pixel/conversion APIs
• Own naming taxonomies & UTM governance so data flows cleanly into GA4/HubSpot
Creative Testing
• Architect test matrices (hooks, formats, motion vs static, UGC vs brand) and rapidly brief designers / editors
• Analyse thumb-stop %, hold rate and post-click quality to decide winners
Optimisation & Scaling
• Run daily/weekly bid & budget adjustments, audience refreshes, creative rotations
• Proactively propose “scale tests” (new channels, retargeting logic, offer variants)
Measurement & Insight
• Build Looker Studio dashboards and concise exec read-outs (SQLs, pipeline $, CAC, payback)
• Present insights to VP Growth & Head of People Ops weekly
Knowledge Transfer
• Document playbooks, train junior PMMs/SDRs on ad feedback loops, and recommend tooling (e.g., Motion, Reprise, Black Crow)
3–5+ years B2B paid-social ownership with demonstrable lead-gen revenue impact
Proven command of £/$100k+ monthly budgets across LinkedIn + Meta (bonus: TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube)
Deep understanding of performance-creative science (content hierarchy, hook testing, feed-first design)
Fluent in conversion tracking (offline events, CAPI, HubSpot/GA4, Salesforce or equivalent)
Data-driven storyteller—comfortable turning pivot-table insights into clear exec actions
Strait-edge project management: you hit launch dates, document changes, and escalate blockers fast
Strong written & verbal comms; able to collaborate async with designers, copywriters, dev, and RevOp
Nice to have’s
- Experience marketing AI / SaaS products to SMB buyers
- ABM or intent-signal retargeting (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks)
- Experience with motion-graphics briefing or basic editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
- Familiarity with creative-automation platforms (e.g., Pencil, Adcreative.ai)
Engagement details
- Hours: 15–25 per week to start. We’d love to evolve into a full-time role if there’s mutual fit, but part-time contracting is fine long-term.
- Comp: Hourly or monthly retainer—no %-of-spend model. Tell us your preferred structure and rate.
- Start date: ASAP (ideally onboard next week).
- Location: Remote, with at least 4 hours overlap with London or Eastern-US business hours.
