Job description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, you excel at communicating, demonstrating, and cultivating deep partner relationships with new and existing Salesforce Service Integrators (SIs), Hubspot, AWS and other ISVs. You’re one part sales, one part technical, and all parts networking hustle with a desire to tap into the multi-billion dollar Alliances economy. You thrive on meeting people, and you love attending partner events and collaborating internally – in the pursuit of growing channel revenue.

You will also travel periodically to represent the FormAssembly brand at industry and partner events. Simply put, our Partners will love FormAssembly even more because of your efforts and will control your destiny through pipeline generation with partners and closing your own opportunities.

We’ve grown our partner channel from scratch and we’ve partnered with Global Strategic accounts. We’re looking for you to help accelerate our efforts to the next level.

We’re looking for genuinely nice people who are great to work with, respectful, and won’t hesitate to put the customer’s best interest first.

The position is full-time and can be located ‘remote’ anywhere near a major airport in the U.S.

  • 3+ years Salesforce, Hubspot, or AWS experience
  • Fantastic communication and organizational skills

  • SaaS webinar & technical demonstration experience
  • Salesforce, AWS, or Hubspot ecosystem sales experience

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with System Integrator partners that meet our Ideal Partner Profile that services our partnered Hyperscalers in AWS, Salesforce, and/or Hubspot

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Earnix system, its functionalities, integration mechanisms to facilitate meaningful discussions with partners and clients.

  • Collaborate with partners to align their expertise with client requirements and negotiate mutually beneficial terms for partnerships and projects.

  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions that address clients’ unique challenges, leveraging the combined strengths of our technology and partner offerings.

  • Oversee joint initiatives and projects, ensuring seamless coordination between FormAssemly, partners, and clients.

  • Continuously assess market trends, industry landscapes, and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovative strategies for growth.

  • Facilitate open and transparent communication between partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.

  • Effectively address challenges and roadblocks in partnership initiatives by leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.

You’ll do it using:

  • Proven experience in managing and developing relationships with leading System Integrator partners such as Slalom, Cloud 4 Good, and Arkus

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate capabilities of the FormAssembly system.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including cross-functional teams and managing timelines.

  • Deep understanding of Customer Data Collection best practices and data security protocols for PII, HIPPAA and FedRamp

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to to anticipate industry trends and identify partnership opportunities

  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving partnership landscapes.

  • Being able to build relationships with partners and own the revenue generating relationship from lead referral to executing a sales process to meet an individual quota

OTE range: $140,000 - $160,000
