Location: Remote within the United States

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Salary: $70k-$80k base salary, OTE $110k (uncapped), dependent upon experience

Anticipated Timeline: Applications will be accepted until the position is filled

Mogli is looking for a Partner Account Manager to help drive the success of our current and new Salesforce SI and ISV partnerships. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our partner ecosystem—building strong, collaborative relationships, leading strategic engagement efforts, and creating net-new revenue opportunities alongside our sales, marketing, and customer teams.

You’ll work across teams to quarterback partner-driven opportunities and ensure partners feel educated, empowered, and aligned at every stage of the relationship. This is a highly collaborative role that calls for someone who is independent, curious, proactive, and a natural connector.

What your day-to-day looks like:

Partner Growth & Relationship Management

  • Own relationships with key SI and ISV partners in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Nurture and grow existing partner accounts while identifying new, high-potential partnerships in partnership with our Partnership Business Development Representative.
  • Lead partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement, including technical demos and product training.
  • Conduct regular communication cadences and quarterly business reviews to drive alignment and growth.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with the Partner BDR, Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams to drive joint success and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Serve as Quarterback by collaborating closely with our sales team and partners through the entire client lifecycle.
  • Serve as the strategic hub between internal teams and external partners, coordinating deal motions, go-to-market efforts, and partner communications.
  • Lead or co-lead partner-facing events like webinars, virtual trainings, and industry events—with support from marketing and the partner team.

Pipeline & Opportunity Development

  • Help generate partner-influenced pipelines through education, demand generation activities, strategic relationship building, and revenue generating programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner and deal data in Salesforce to ensure transparency and enable effective reporting.
  • Act as a connector and advocate—helping partners identify where Mogli fits into their client strategies and shepherding referrals to our sales team.

What you bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or B2B SaaS sales—ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • A relationship-first mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.
  • Comfort running product demos, speaking to technical capabilities, and connecting use cases to value.
  • Proactive communication style—you keep people in the loop, make thoughtful asks, and stay a few steps ahead.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM to manage partner activities and pipeline.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to self-manage in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
