Job Description

Our Partner Operations Analyst will work closely with sales, marketing and other cross-functional teams  to provide key insights into parnter and company performance in a hyper-growth environment. You will ensure that insightsoftware and our partner organizations are enabled with the analytical insights, tools, and programs needed to succeed and achieve business goals. You will own the day-to-day needs of the Partner Portal as well as its growth and adoption across our partner channels.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Portal content upkeep and administration
  • Partner Portal strategy for growth and adoption
  • Provide Leadership Team actionable takeaways and insights from regular reporting
  • Automate reporting to minimize time spent compiling and maximize time spent analyzing
  • Use GTM systems to identify, nurture and motivate the effective behavior of our partners
  • Work with the sales team to develop tools and reports to assist reps and partners in the selling process
  • Use reporting and insights to improve sales and enablement processes across teams
  • Support GTM leadership in evaluating changes to support partners and programs
  • Ad hoc requests from all levels

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other analytical background
  • 1-2 years of work experience in partner marketing, operations, or business analysis
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Impartner or other Partner Portal experience
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Intermediate or better Microsoft Excel and modeling skills
  • Intermediate or better in Microsoft PowerPoint
