About the Role
Planful is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partner Success Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of our growing partner program. This role plays a critical part in helping partners succeed by optimizing programming, managing communications, and developing resources that drive partner engagement, readiness, and performance.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for collaboration, and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and go-to-market teams.
Responsibilities
Partner Program Operations
- Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Planful’s Partner Program through content development, feedback gathering, and program logistics.
- Incorporate feedback from partners and Partner Account Managers (PAMs), and analyze partner engagement behavior to improve program structure and resources.
- Assist with maintaining and updating partner tier structures, referral processes, and program documentation.
Training & Resource Management
- Coordinate partner onboarding, training, and certification workflows using tools such as Impartner and WorkRamp.
- Work cross-functionality with training and support team to own the communication and distribution of training and sales content tailored to strategic partner types globally (e.g., GSIs, regional SIs, ISVs) and roles (sales, pre-sales, delivery).
- Work with Partner Solutions Architects to curate implementation toolkits, including templates, methodology overviews, and best-practice guides.
- Help to update a library of partner-facing content including:
- One-pagers and pitch decks
- Demo scripts and use cases
- Release notes and FAQs
- Competitive battlecards and joint value propositions
Engagement & Performance Tracking
- Track partner participation in onboarding and certification programs and report usage metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to capture qualitative feedback on partner performance and delivery quality.
- Support internal initiatives to recognize and share partner wins and success stories across Planful’s go-to-market teams.
Partner Communications & Marketing Support
- Manage ongoing partner communications such as the monthly partner newsletter, partner Slack community, and virtual town halls.
- Collaborate with product marketing to ensure timely distribution of product updates and feature release information to partners.
- Assist in coordinating partner participation in Planful-hosted webinars, in-person events, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Maintain partner-facing web content and contribute to the creation and upkeep of branded collateral such as program guides and event materials.
- Capture insights from community interactions and share with internal teams to guide partner program improvements.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a partner-facing or marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with partner or customer learning platforms (e.g., WorkRamp, Impartner) is a plus.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving sales, marketing, and product stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a creative mindset and a passion for partner and customer success.

Pay Transparency Statement
At Planful our top priority is to support our employees and ensure each individual has access to equal growth opportunities. Pay decisions take into consideration the individual’s skillset, experience, knowledge, qualifications for the role, and specific work location.
Our base salary band for this role is $80,000 - $87,000 CAD per year, depending on working location and experience. This position is eligible for bonus/commission and more details about our company benefits can be found here: https://planful.com/jobs/
