Job Description

  • Act as the Point of Contact for partnerships (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Snowflake), maintain relationships with partner reps across industries

Manage the technical certifications / training to maintain and elevate our partnership status

  • Manage the sandbox environment setup for all internal training needs
  • Manage the CSAT scores / entry required for partnerships
  • Manage the leads / opportunity entry into partner portals
  • Manage and maintain the process to get partner funding for client initiatives (MAP, ECIF)
  • Acts a liaison between CapTech IT and our practitioner community with technical support from the partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of experience working with Partnerships, such as AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft, Databricks and/or Snowflake
  • Excellent collaboration and team building skills
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders and business decision makers
  • Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented in spite of obstacles; ability to balance important versus urgent work to achieve long-term results
