Job Description
- Act as the Point of Contact for partnerships (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Snowflake), maintain relationships with partner reps across industries
Manage the technical certifications / training to maintain and elevate our partnership status
- Manage the sandbox environment setup for all internal training needs
- Manage the CSAT scores / entry required for partnerships
- Manage the leads / opportunity entry into partner portals
- Manage and maintain the process to get partner funding for client initiatives (MAP, ECIF)
- Acts a liaison between CapTech IT and our practitioner community with technical support from the partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of experience working with Partnerships, such as AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft, Databricks and/or Snowflake
- Excellent collaboration and team building skills
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders and business decision makers
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented in spite of obstacles; ability to balance important versus urgent work to achieve long-term results
