ABOUT THE TEAM

Our Partnerships Team plays a key role in Tide’s growth in Germany, building strategic new members by building strategic partnerships. As we expand into Germany, we’re looking for a motivated Partnerships & Partner Success Executive to support our efforts in this exciting new market. This is a unique opportunity to join the partnership team in Germany, which builds up the pipeline of new partnerships as well as manages existing partnerships and ensures their success in Germany.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Partnerships & Partner Success Executive, you will assist in executing our go-to-market strategy: help close new partnerships (from initial outreach to contract closing) that contribute to Tide’s growth in Germany and ensure smooth partner onboarding. Beyond acquiring new partners, your role will also focus on ensuring our existing partners are supported, drive successful member acquisition, and on establishing strong long term relationships. This includes developing scalable processes, strengthening relationships, and ensuring mutual value creation.

You will:

  • Support the German Senior Partnership Manager and Global Partnerships Director in day-to-day partnership activities
  • Help create assets and work closely with Legal to create contracts
  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners
  • Help build and nurture relationships with partners across various industries
  • Take responsibility for supporting partner onboarding, engagement, and success management
  • Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention through clear communication and collaboration
  • Support contract preparation, onboarding processes, and CRM data management
  • Contribute to analyzing partnership performance and outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts and improve partner value

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Enthusiasm for small businesses and digital financial services
  • A proactive mindset and excitement about helping to build something new from the ground up
  • Interest in partner relationship management and long-term partner success
  • Some practical experience or internships in partnerships, sales, customer service, or regulated industries experience
  • Well organized and experience in using analytics tools like Looker
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, growing company
  • Team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment

The high desirables:

  • Experience in the fintech, payments, or business banking space
  • Interest in developing both sales and partner success strategies
  • Experience working with CRM tools or in partner/customer success roles
