Job description

What should you know about us?

As HR Hints, we’re pioneers in effectively guiding organizations through change, with a team that has supported almost 200 companies worldwide in just 4 last years. We teach leaders how to excel in the People area. Our hands-on approach ensures we’re not just people-driven but also business-driven.

Our mission is to empower founders, owners, and managers to build organizations fueled by engaged individuals who deliver exceptional results. And that’s not all! We actively collaborate with leaders and top companies, sharing our insights as speakers at major events such as the European Economic Congress, Forum Ekonomiczne, InfoShare, InternetBeta, InvestCuffs, and many others. We also give lectures at universities such as Jagiellonian University, Kozminski University, and AGH. Additionally, media outlets such as Onet, Wprost, Radio357, Forbes, PAP, Polskie Radio, Puls Biznesu, SHRM, Business Insider, My Company, Sifted, and many others frequently seek our expertise.

We had the pleasure to be responsible for the people area in companies like i.a. Kulczyk Investments, Codewise (by CentralNic), Going (by empik), Inovo Venture Partners, Ramp Network, Zowie, Infermedica, Aleph Zero, LiveKid, Vue Storefront, JOKR, Foodsi, edrone, Market One Capital, uPacjenta, inStreamly, Kubota, Autenti, Grupa Pracuj, Endego (by Abris Capital), Webcon (by MCI Capital), or Radio357.

Based on our experiences with such a large number of great organizations, companies, and their cultures, we decided to publish the book describing our method of work, “Culturivy: The Power of Changing a Workplace”, which premiered in 2023 in the USA. The Polish premiere will take place in 2025. We also kicked off the Culturivy® Institute, dedicated to promoting and universalizing the Culturivy® method. It is the only institution in the world with the right to use, educate leaders, and implement this method in organizations.

Culturivy® Institute powers the podcast “Ludzie z pracy” and runs the Akademia Lepszej Pracy - a place where employees, leaders, and managers improve their relationship with work and people at work.

Currently, we are looking for another person to join the People & Culture team led by Katarzyna Mierzejewska. If you wish to check out our other team members, they are listed here on LinkedIn.
