We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (Romanian&English speaking)  to join our team!

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. We are currently looking to expand our business to the Romanian market. This role is a great opportunity to build something together :)

If you are self-motivated, organized, and possess strong communication skills in both Romanian (native) and English (advanced level), we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach
  • Ensure follow-ups and assist in closing deals by maintaining consistent communication
  • Build and maintain an accurate database of potential and current clients
  • Set appointments and provide qualified leads for the sales team
  • Track progress toward meeting sales goals and provide regular updates to management
  • Stay organized and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
  • Utilize CRM tools to log activities and maintain lead data

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Romanian and English - this requirement is a must
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and eagerness to learn
  • A desire for personal growth and professional development
