Key Responsibilities
- Support data entry and updates in the HRIS
- Assist in validating and cleaning employee data across systems
- Generate simple reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Collaborate in routine audits to ensure data integrity
- Document and update process guidelines for HR operations
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to HR processes as needed
Must-have Skills
- Undergraduate or nearing graduation.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelorβs degree program in HR, Communications, HR, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Google Suite & collaboration tools, especially Slack, is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
Preferred (not required)
- Experience with any HRIS platform (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Familiarity with basic HR concepts or previous internship experience in a People team
