🇬🇧 United Kingdom - Remote
👥 Human Resources🟠 Manager

Job description

Find Your Connection to Endless Possibilities

Are you an HR Manager with strong experience of working in a growing tech company with international stakeholders? If the opportunity to work in a global industry leader with a diverse culture excites you, this may be the role for you.

With Audinate, you’ll find your connection to the world of sound and vision.

Audinate leads the world in AV networking media with our ‘Dante’ technology. We’re pioneering the future of AV so that everyone can be seen and heard. Dante seamlessly manages hundreds of video and audio channels over slender Ethernet cables on a single network, with perfect digital fidelity.

You’ll find us in the largest companies and institutions like the Sydney Opera House, NFL Media Headquarters, Microsoft, and even a 900-year old cathedral featured in Harry Potter.

Our core values are the foundation of everything we do: Excellence, Courage, Integrity, Innovation, and Teamwork.

If this resonates with you, this is the place for you.

What you’ll be working on

In this maternity cover role, you will oversee HR responsibilities for our teams in the UK and Europe. You’ll develop real relationships with the outstanding individuals in this client group and make a tangible impact. You’ll also be part of a close-knit global People & Performance team who, as the name suggests, are passionate about enabling our people and their performance.

You will

  • Build an understanding of our business and our people to effectively partner and enable growth, performance and an exceptional experience through all stages of the employment journey.
  • Develop capability through coaching, and lead people managers and the broader team through our People & Performance processes.
  • Proactively guide and support our managers and people on people-related matters, providing timely and accurate advice.
  • Exercise your generalist HR skillset across the spectrum of HR responsibilities and build on the existing foundations of our HR policies and processes.
  • Oversee our benefits plans and processes to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with our employer of record for our people in countries where this is relevant.
  • Manage our Office Managers for our Cambridge and Belgium offices.
  • Contribute to global People & Performance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our Australian-based Talent Acquisition Manager as needed, to support the building of our team in the region.

What we’re looking for

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a technology or growth environment.
  • CIPD’s advanced level 7 qualification and experience managing people is desirable.
  • A sound working knowledge of UK employment laws and ideally global HR experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Confidence and flexibility to navigate the ambiguity that global structures and growth can bring.
  • Our values of excellence, courage, innovation, integrity and teamwork will resonate with you.

If you’re an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity to make a difference we may be on the same wavelength.
