We are seeking a proactive, highly organized upper-college or MBA-level student to join our People & Talent team. This internship will be for at least one semester/quarter for Fall 2025, with the option to extend into 2026 if mutually desired.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in a career in Human Resources, including areas of talent acquisition, employee engagement, HRIS management, and people data analysis. You will have a desire to contribute in a high-growth, dynamic environment, have a strong attention for detail, and are energized by finding solutions & improving processes.

Undergraduate junior or senior or MBA-level candidate, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Slack, and other professional tools
Ability to work within tight deadlines and in often ambiguous environments
Passion for working with cross-functional teams and internal & external stakeholders
Ability to quickly learn our systems and tools
Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work without restriction
Must be at least 18 years old
This is a part-time role, anticipated 15-18 hour per week
$20 per hour
Flexibility to work from anywhere
Must be able to meet synchronously with US-based colleagues up to 4 hours per week
Estimated duration September - December, 2025, with option to extend through May 2026 if mutually desired
