Description du poste
1. HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)
Lead and oversee all operational activities on your sites in compliance with:
The Group’s Golden Safety Rules
Regulatory and environmental requirements
Work closely with the HSSE department to implement clear and robust safety procedures
Monitor PDPs and procedure updates
2. Operations Management
Supervise daily plant operations, including energy production billing
Analyze performance and monitor budgets
Draft monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management
Contribute to strategies aimed at improving plant performance
Organize and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, while monitoring spare parts inventory
Conduct on-site technical inspections (PV modules, electrical and structural defects)
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
On-call duty on a rotating basis with other technicians (approx. one weekend per month)
3. Contract & Stakeholder Management
Ensure proper execution of operations-related contracts (maintenance, services, procurement, subcontractors) and follow up on incidents
Take part in meetings with local authorities, partners, and communities to foster positive relationships and support project development
Liaise with insurance teams (reporting claims, monitoring claim resolution, communication with stakeholders)
4. Performance Management
Monitor key operational indicators for your plants
Analyze operational data, identify trends and variances against targets
Propose and implement corrective actions to ensure performance objectives are met
Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting
Collaborate with Asset Managers (presenting and discussing results and variances)
Qualifications
Several years of experience in operating photovoltaic or wind plants or within the renewable energy sector (mandatory)
Knowledge in electrotechnics, automation and/or medium voltage systems (MV/HTA)
Strong skills in maintenance planning and scheduling
Experience in contract management
You are pragmatic, able to prioritize effectively, and approach challenges with composure and method.
A valid driver’s license is required, with 4–8 site visits per month (no overnight stays).

Permanent contract
Hybrid work policy: up to 2 days remote per week + 10 additional remote days per year (100 per year in total)
Compensation: based on experience and skills
Bonus: variable pay linked to individual and collective objectives
