We offer an AI-powered FactoryOps platform that helps factories improve performance. Our plug-and-play sensors clip onto any machine, connecting it to a system that learns from its real-time operations. This gives our clients real-time visibility, reduces unplanned downtime, and increases production from their existing equipment.

Our platform tracks downtime and its root causes, monitors Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), forecasts and tracks production, and uses AI for anomaly detection. We also provide real-time alerts and reports, track cycles and cycle time, monitor energy consumption, and perform condition monitoring (e.g., temperature, flow, humidity, and pressure).

Features include scoreboards, proactive alerts, reporting, an operator dashboard, and energy insights. We were founded in 2018 with support from investors like Greycroft and Breakthrough Energy Ventures. Our expertise lies in software for manufacturing and factory operations, operational excellence, machine learning, and big data.

Our mission is to help all the world’s factories reach their best sustainable performance. We aim to achieve this for the world’s 10 million factories through our FactoryOps platform.
