About the Role:
The GTM Pricing & ROI team plays a critical role in shaping and executing Lyra’s GTM strategy to drive revenue growth. We’re looking for a Global Pricing Operations Senior Associate to join our GTM Operations team. This role is a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on leading the strategy and operations for our global performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who’s passionate about launching new initiatives, scaling operational processes, and adapting to market dynamics. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to drive key initiatives that influence Lyra’s growth strategy.
This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in Lyra’s business model, pricing strategy, and performance metrics—and how each impacts Lyra’s ability to win in market
- Define and refine performance metrics and KPIs that resonate with customers and prospects, assessing financial risk and impact on competitive landscape
- Scale and improve operations for the implementation and tracking of global performance metrics, building processes to monitor metrics and share insights across the organization
- Support strategic deal work by advising on pricing and performance guarantee structures that align with our growth strategy and customer needs
- Lead high-impact strategic and operational projects end-to-end—driving timelines, milestones, and cross-functional alignment
- Partner closely with GTM Leadership and Marketing to effectively communicate latest performance metrics both internally and externally
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or other relevant/quantitative disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, consulting, finance, business operations, or GTM strategy
- Strong quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google sheets); experience with forecasting/ financial modeling nice to have
- Strong strategic thinker, with the ability to understand & balance priorities across functions to recommend the best course of action for Lyra
- Analytically and operationally minded, demonstrating sound business judgment to optimize processes and deliver maximum value
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and balance multiple deliverables with competing timelines in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
- Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care
$95,000 - $146,000 a year
As a full-time Global Pricing Operations Senior Associate, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
