How You’ll Make An Impact

We are seeking a seasoned Principal AI Field Architect to join our elite global team at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation. In this highly strategic role, you will serve as the technical lead for our most critical enterprise engagements, working directly with clients to shape, design, and deliver AI-powered integration solutions that drive real business outcomes.

Reporting into the SVP of AI, this role sits within a specialized technical group operating in parallel to traditional presales teams — with a distinct charter to lead complex field implementations, influence customer architecture, and ensure successful adoption of our AI product portfolio at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage deeply with enterprise customers as a trusted technical advisor for AI and integration solutions
  • Establish and grow trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, etc.), articulating how our AI solutions address strategic priorities and drive business value
  • Deliver executive-ready presentations that clearly link technical solutions to business outcomes and transformation goals
  • Lead executive visioning sessions and innovation workshops to shape long-term AI adoption roadmaps
  • Architect robust, scalable enterprise solutions using our integration and AI platforms
  • Lead discovery and technical alignment sessions with customer architects, developers, and business leaders
  • Design and deliver reference architectures, solution prototypes, and proof-of-value implementations
  • Translate advanced AI capabilities into tangible business impact and operational value
  • Serve as the technical point of contact throughout strategic customer engagements
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to relay field insight and influence roadmap
  • Mentor field teams and help evolve our AI solution delivery best practices

The Experience You Bring

  • 10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution engineering, or systems integration roles
  • Demonstrated experience delivering agentic AI solutions — including orchestration frameworks, autonomous agents, task planning, or LLM-driven workflows
  • Deep familiarity with foundational and large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and prompt engineering techniques
  • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or custom-built orchestration layers
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and patterns
  • Understanding of data pipelines, governance, observability, and secure AI deployment patterns
  • Extensive experience with integration technologies (APIs, ESBs, iPaaS, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and implementation strategies
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex AI-enabled solutions at scale
  • Fluency in cloud-native services and infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong understanding of data management, governance, and real-time processing architectures
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
  • Self-directed with ability to manage competing priorities across multiple opportunities

Business Acumen & Field Execution

  • Proven success leading technical engagements with Fortune 1000 enterprises.
  • Experience leading enterprise AI engagements from discovery through delivery, especially in high-stakes or regulated environments
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and senior business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals
  • Proven ability to align autonomous AI capabilities with real business problems and operational needs
  • Executive communication skills, with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and shape long-term AI roadmaps
  • Strong storytelling and value framing, especially in emerging areas like task automation, autonomous workflows, and decision intelligence
  • Experience facilitating innovation workshops and future-state architecture design with enterprise clients

Leadership & Influence

  • Strategic presence with ability to lead engagements independently and operate across functions
  • Comfortable operating independently in high-stakes, ambiguous enterprise environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product and engineering teams
  • Collaborative mindset with experience guiding cross-functional teams in rapidly evolving AI environments
  • Willingness to travel globally (~30–40%) to support strategic customer engagements

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with agent-based enterprise platforms or developing autonomous AI use cases
  • Background in one or more complex verticals (e.g., financial services, healthcare, logistics, public sector)
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
  • Ability to understand customer business challenges and map technical solutions to outcomes
  • Strong presentation and communication skills across technical and business audiences
  • Experience with large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Previous success in technical pre-sales for enterprise AI or integration solutions
  • Track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Domain expertise in one or more of our key verticals (finance, healthcare, manufacturing)
