Job description

As a Principal Product Manager You Will:

Own the strategy and execution for MANTL’s data and integrations platform. This role blends hands-on product leadership with deep technical and market fluency. You will drive the evolution of our reporting and analytics suite (e.g., Custom Analytics, DirectSQL), while also taking point on our external integrations strategy—defining how MANTL connects with the broader fintech ecosystem.

You will lead discovery efforts across both domains, diving deep into our data models, API architectures, and customer use cases. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that will shape how our platform delivers data insights and platform extensibility to financial institutions.

About You:

  • You own the product lifecycle for both data and integration products—from early discovery through to rollout, adoption, and iteration.
  • You develop and execute a product strategy for data access, dashboards, and analytics experiences aligned with MANTL’s vision and customer needs.
  • You define and evolve our integrations strategy, partnering with engineering to ensure best-in-class API standards and extensibility across key fintech verticals (e.g., KYC, fraud, funding, core banking, mobile).
  • You have a point of view on leading players in the fintech integration landscape—you know who’s winning, where they’re falling short, and how MANTL can offer better experiences.
  • You work directly with customers, banking operations leaders, and third-party vendors to understand pain points and uncover new value opportunities.
  • You explore opportunities to enhance data integrations through UI improvements within the admin console.
  • You collaborate with design and engineering to ensure that products are both powerful and easy to use—grounded in user insights and technical feasibility.
  • You immerse yourself in SQL, BI tools, data pipelines, and the tiniest details that make data products tick.

We Are Looking For:

  • 6–10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Strong experience with data products, API platforms, or integrations ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with banking technology stacks and experience working with or integrating to providers in KYC, fraud, funding, or core banking.
  • Strong collaboration experience with data engineering, BI teams, and business analysts
  • Working knowledge of SQL and comfort navigating data environments.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g.,  Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and data pipelines (ETL/ELT processes).
  • Comfortable with AI/ML and identifying opportunities for innovative applications.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle (PDLC).

What We Offer:

  • 401k Match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Creative and fun team-building events (improv, chocolate and wine tasting, happy hours)
  • Mental health and wellness programs
  • 100% Remote
  • And more!
