Who We Are Looking For…… The Product Manager will be a core part of our product development team turning company strategic initiatives into concrete product changes. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the product development team, taking requests and turning them into product requirements while working with our Software Architects and Sr Software Engineers to validate technical feasibility and requirements. As Product Manager, you will be an expert on our solution offering and be able to communicate its value and capabilities, requirements, and limitations, and be a major contributor to long-term strategic product planning. You will participate in defining the product vision, conducting market research, analyzing data, and driving product growth and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities……

● Defining and managing product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s strategic goals, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and innovation

● Creating and managing a product roadmap based on the overall product vision and strategy

● Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful launch and market adoption of new products and features.

● Continuously monitoring the product’s performance and gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to make decisions and prioritize product improvements and features

● Leading product release plans and setting the expectation for delivery of new functionalities and improvements

● Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

● Anticipating industry shifts and emerging technologies to develop a long-term product strategy that positions the company as a leader in the market

● Making strategic decisions about resource allocation and product feature prioritization to maximize business impact

Qualifications & Fit……

● 3-5 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent

● Experience with writing business requirements and technical requirements

● Strong ability to influence, facilitate, and collaborate with a variety of disciplines and diverse groups of people

● Strong organizational and project/process management skills

● Ability to stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform long-term product strategy

● Experience creating product roadmaps and making strategic product decisions including prioritization and resource allocation

● Experience with facilities a plus, but not required

Compensation: $110k-120k base salary plus bonus. Salary ranges are determined by location, level, experience, and skills. This will be discussed further with the Talent team during the hiring process.
