We started as C2 Facility Solutions in 1999. In 2016, RainMaker Capital Funding acquired us, and we became FacilityONE Technologies. Originally, we offered a paper-based product for managing electrical system assets. We then developed it into a Software as a Service (SaaS) product for facility asset management. A work order management system was added in 2007.

We provide Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. Our goal is to help clients organize their facility and equipment data into a centralized, accessible system.

Our key features include interactive blueprint technology (F1 MAPS) and a custom analytics platform, SMARTPRINT Alpha™. The UNITY Solutions Suite lets users access asset information from facility blueprints or floor plans through interactive visual mapping. It provides tools to create and manage corrective and preventive maintenance, including scheduling, assigning, prioritizing, and monitoring progress. The suite also helps optimize facility space with calendar management, real-time conflict resolution, and streamlined event workflows, as well as invoicing and billing features. We also help clients extract and analyze data to make informed decisions, improve asset performance, predict facility risks and costs, and plan for long-term capital needs.

We work with various clients, from small businesses to large healthcare facilities and commercial real estate properties. Our clients are in education (private schools, public school districts, colleges, universities), healthcare (systems, hospitals, emergency centers, medical offices), senior living (nursing homes, assisted living, retirement communities), hospitality (hotels, casinos, resorts, event centers), and corporate sectors (banking, manufacturing, veterinary clinics). We provide full implementation and training for all our products.
