About the Job

As the Product Manager for Keeper Secrets Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of this foundational platform. KSM empowers development and operations teams to store, access, and manage infrastructure secrets with zero-knowledge security. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, security, and cross-functional business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric developer tools and integrations. This role requires deep technical empathy and an ability to translate complex infrastructure needs into product capabilities that solve real-world security challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision, roadmap, and feature development for Keeper Secrets Manager

  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver elegant, secure, and scalable SDKs, APIs, and automation workflows

  • Understand user needs by engaging directly with DevOps, SRE, and engineering teams at enterprise customers

  • Monitor trends in secrets management, key lifecycle automation, and secure DevOps to guide long-term strategy

  • Guide the full product lifecycle — from discovery and planning through development, launch, and iteration

  • Prioritize backlog items in alignment with customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact

  • Collaborate across security, support, documentation, and marketing teams to enable successful adoption and usage

  • Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to drive decision-making

  • Maintain deep familiarity with cloud-native platforms and developer ecosystems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD pipelines)

  • Advocate for security best practices and zero-trust principles across all product decisions

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in developer tools, security, infrastructure, or platform products

  • Strong technical foundation and ability to work closely with engineers on topics like SDKs, APIs, encryption, and DevOps tooling

  • Familiarity with secrets management systems, identity and access management (IAM), and infrastructure-as-code tools

  • Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD processes, and automation workflows

  • Demonstrated success in launching and iterating on technical products with measurable business and user outcomes

  • Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, design, and business teams

  • Highly organized with strong executional drive and attention to detail

  • Experience with Agile software development practices

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on familiarity with secrets management tools (e.g., Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault)

  • Experience building or managing SDKs and integrations across multiple languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, .NET, PowerShell)

  • Knowledge of encryption standards, key rotation, and secure system design

  • Background working with or contributing to open source projects

  • Passion for developer experience, automation, and secure engineering at scale

  • U.S. Person status is preferred due to work involving GovCloud integrations

  • Medical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)

  • Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental Life

  • Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance

  • 401K (Roth/Traditional)

  • A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc.)

  • Above-market annual bonuses
