Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the development of our digital products, ensuring they align with the needs of guests, homeowners, and Portoro staff. You will be responsible for identifying key challenges, driving intuitive product solutions, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and deeply understand our customers’ needs across guests, homeowners, and internal teams, aligning UX, technology, and business objectives to solve problems effectively.
- Manage and prioritize feature development, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.
- Lead Product Designers in crafting thoughtful, intuitive, and complete features with a strong emphasis on UI/UX excellence.
- Facilitate communication, review, and approval of designed features with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Write clear and actionable product specifications, balancing detail and lean execution to streamline development.
- Review each developed feature for quality assurance before launch, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Oversee product launches, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve team workflows, processes, and tools, driving efficiency and quality in product execution.
- Implement and oversee monitoring strategies to track product performance and ensure ongoing improvements.
- Gather and respond to feedback, proactively prioritizing bug fixes and product enhancements.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, systems, and integrations, documenting them as needed.
- Provide support to Operations, Guest Experience, and Homeowner Success teams by troubleshooting product issues and offering solutions.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
- Proficient in writing clear and actionable product specifications.
- Adept at working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in using data and customer insights to drive decision-making.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven or hospitality-related industry.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital product development.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and product development tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor product performance and user behavior.
