We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our data and business intelligence products. In this role, you will be instrumental in leveraging our vast healthcare data to develop AI-driven solutions, provide actionable insights to healthcare providers, and enhance patient outcomes. You will work at the intersection of data science, engineering, and clinical operations, defining products that empower our users and shape the future of healthcare.

What You’ll Do

  • Define Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for data and business intelligence, aligning with our AI-first goals and overall product roadmap, with a specific emphasis on how data can drive improvements in therapy and rehab workflows.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, discovery, planning, execution, and launch for data products, dashboards, reporting tools, and AI/ML-powered features, focused on providing measurable value to Raintree’s diverse client base.
  • Market & User Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and uncover opportunities for innovative data-driven solutions.
  • Requirements & Specifications: Translate complex business problems and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, UX/UI design, sales, marketing teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Champion a data-driven approach to product management, utilizing analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform product iterations and optimizations.
  • AI Integration: Drive the integration of AI/ML models into our EHR platform, focusing on areas such as predictive analytics for patient progress, clinical decision support for therapists and operational efficiency in practice management, etc.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all data products and AI features adhere to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST) and robust data security best practices.
  • Data Platform & Integration: Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling for optimal data availability and reliability.
  • Product Success Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for product success, and continuously monitor performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement.
  • Product Adoption & Enablement: Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure effective product messaging, positioning, and customer adoption. Support customer-facing teams by providing technical guidance, training, and documentation.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on data products, business intelligence, or analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/Machine Learning concepts and applications, ideally in product development. You understand the lifecycle of ML models, data requirements, and ethical considerations.
  • Prior experience in the rehabilitation or therapy healthcare technology industry (EHR, EMR, Health IT).
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and data teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages and familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong customer focus and a passion for solving complex problems.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data/AI services.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7), and regulatory environments.
